FunRide MNL is a cycling fun ride — a mass-start ride on fully closed roads, not a competitive road race. Riders of every level are welcome, and the 5KM is built for families and first-timers.
5KM, 10KM and 21KM. All three start and finish at the Quirino Grandstand and roll along the same closed Roxas Boulevard corridor.
Any roadworthy bicycle — road, mountain, gravel, hybrid, folding or fixed-gear. The only hard requirements are working brakes on both wheels and a properly fastened helmet. E-bikes and any motor-assisted bicycle are not allowed in the field.
Early bird pricing until September 30, 2026
The assembly area opens at 4:00 AM and assembly proper is at 5:00 AM. The 21KM gun start is 5:30 AM, 10KM at 5:45 AM and 5KM at 6:00 AM. Roads close at 3:30 AM, so give yourself extra time to get in, park and clear the safety check.
Every rider receives an event kit containing a bib, event jersey, water bottle and raffle entry, plus a finisher medal and loot bag. The 10KM adds a small towel. The 21KM adds a big finisher towel and an exclusive finisher shirt.
Yes — no exceptions. A properly fastened helmet is mandatory and is checked at the corral entrance before the start. Marshals will turn away any rider without one, and any bike that fails the brake check. Aerobars and time-trial extensions are not allowed in the mass-start field.
You can claim at the pre-event claiming hub from November 4 to 6, or on event day from 4:00 AM at the grandstand. Bring your e-receipt and a valid ID. Claiming on someone else's behalf needs an authorization letter and a copy of their ID.
Only if slots remain in your distance, and event-day entries skip early-bird pricing. Registering online is the surest way to get in — early-bird rates run until September 30, 2026.
Yes — a 20% discount applies to riders who are 60 years old or older on event day. You will be asked to upload your senior citizen ID during registration, and you must bring the same ID on event day.
Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please double-check your distance and jersey size before you pay.
Yes, a baggage counter operates at the grandstand from 4:00 AM and closes 15 minutes before each gun start. There is no bicycle storage — your bike stays with you. Please do not deposit valuables; the organizers are not liable for loss.
